All Cail’s Customs products are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing Time:
Orders typically take 3–5 business days to be produced before shipping. During high-volume periods, holidays, or new collection launches, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time:
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Order Tracking:
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays:
Cail’s Customs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes after an order has entered production.
