Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for you ordering the incorrect size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at caileygibson20@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order information. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution if applicable.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to fit or personal preference.
